Marina has over 25 years of experience in intellectual property, business law, contracts, corporate law, M&A (purchase and sale), private equity, finance, and payment methods, with experience in national and international transactions. She has worked in renowned law firms and as general counsel for large Brazilian and foreign companies in Brazil and Latin America.
She has worked with companies in various sectors, such as technology, retail, agribusiness, automotive, food and beverage industries, pharmaceuticals, construction, real estate, media, events and entertainment, primary industry and infrastructure, energy, banks, payment methods, investment funds, private equity, pulp and paper, telecommunications and media, insurance, services, cosmetics, health and hospital, chemical, naval and education.

Larah has 14 years of experience in contract, intellectual property, general data protection, and fashion law. She has worked in some of the most renowned law firms specializing in intellectual property in Brazil, serving national clients and significant global brands in the retail, automotive, technology, events and entertainment, food, consumer goods, and fashion sectors by developing strategies and solutions for protecting intellectual assets in the advisory, administrative and contentious areas, as well as in contractual legal consultancy.
She is a member of the Permanent Committee for Studies in Fashion Law of the OAB-SP.
